OLD
STUDENTS’ AND FRIENDS’ ASSOCIATION
At
a meeting of the Old Students and Staff of the College
held on the 28th of February 1969 a formal Constitution
was adopted for the association. The membership is
open to the Old Students, Staff and friends of the
College. The fee for life membership and donor membership
are Rs. 500.00 and Rs. 1000.00 respectively. We are
glad that already several Old Students have accepted
these memberships. The annual membership fee is Rs.
10.00 but student who will be paying Rs. 40.00 at the
completion of a course in the College would be considered
members for six years. It is encouraging that quite
a large number of students have already enlisted themselves
as members of the Association in this way and it is
hoped that all the students completing any course of
study in this College will become members of the Old
Student’s Association before they leave the College.
The College expects that the Old Student’s Association
will become a strong and effective link between the
college and its many friends and Old Students.
